If i plan to replay within 2 hours can i leave the paint in the bag? or do i have to clean then refill?

You absolutely can leave it put together with the paint. I have been painting a whole house and didn't clean out my sprayer until the end of the week. Cleaned the tip after every use. Also turned the tip 90 degrees so the tip isn't exposed to air. FYI every sprayer goes thru paint fast and I haven't thinned any latex paint

Can you paint automotive paint with this gun

We do not recommend using airless sprayers for automotive paints. We do recommend HVLP. Thanks

is this able to spray oil based paints without thinning it

Typically yes. The TrueCoat 360 VSP can spray most materials that can be cleaned with water or mineral spirits. Check the back of the can of paint to see what the manufacturer recommends for tip size. The TrueCoat 360 tips have a 0.015 inch orifice. Thanks.

How do you know what pressure/setting for the vsp to use? I can get the dsp and 42oz cup(2nd cup) for cheap than the vsp.

Always test on cardboard and adjust for desired spray pattern/coverage
