You can mount it horizontally with the Uni bracket as long as the screws you use are long enough.

can it mount to 140mm fans?

I think the 140mm pump fan mount is separate but yes you can if you have the bracket

It comes with a bracket to mount to a 120mm fan and a bracket to mount through a case if you drill holes
