This is not the case with this latest purchase from Neptune Wares. I ordered it on November 26 2019 and by the end of January 2020 it had hollowed out, proved incapable of lathering properly from shower gel, and parts of it have been falling to pieces. It is now almost as flat as a pancake and not fit for purpose. A very great disappointment and I have now read other negative reviews from late last year and there would appear to be the same problem by other purchasers. Perhaps a dud stock, but it does not instill confidence and I will not be reordering.
