Why are these so cheap? I get a pack of six five feet Cat6 cables for $9??? sounds too good to be true. Where's the poop?

No poop so far. They are sturdy and work excellent and besides, they are cheap because of good old competition.

why is this only rated to 250mhz? Some cat5e is rated to 350mhz.

I expect the reason is shielding. This is a flat cable that isn't shielded the same way a round one is.
