High quality, super functional and great customer service
This is a fantastic package. Comes with a very usable set of bits that are well made (no junk). I love the torque setting on the driver so you can screw on plastic switch plate covers at low settings or screw through hardwood or turn nuts on higher settings. The dual position handle is very handy, so to speak as you can angle it for pushing through tougher jobs or tighter spaces, or leave it straight to use like any regular screwdriver. The quick release chuck and long battery life (it hasn't run out in the middle of a project) have made this little screwdriver MUCH more usable and a go to tool than I expected. I had a little issue with the charger on mine and the customer service would make me want to give 6 stars!

Great tool, with a few issues...
I wanted to give this tool 5 stars, but there were a couple of issues that I contacted the company about and I received no response. The problems are the work light and the charge indicator lights. When I first opened the plastic case, the work light was on. Strange... was it on since manufacturing or what? I then noticed the switch was broken; I had to insert a small pin into the switch to turn it off. So basically the work light is unusable. There is also a problem with the charge indicator light - it does not function as described in the manual. Other than that, the tool works great. I could have replaced via Amazon, but there are a number of reviews that indicate battery issues and the battery on mine seems to work great, so I decided to keep the tool with the minor faults. The driver/bit assortment is the best I've seen and they appear to be well made. Edit: I did hear from the company via Amazon and am satisfied that they will stand behind their product.

Update, ENTERTWIST cordless driver.
As a test, I drove a #8 construction screw into a 6x6" treated Pine support column in my basement. 2-1/2" screw. The driver was struggling near the end, but it seated the screw with the head below flush. I don't plan to use it for heavy work like that anyway, but it'll be nice for driving multiple smaller screws, especially on mechanical projects. Saves the wrist joints, and repetitive boredom of running lots of screws. I noticed that after the long screw test, that it still had all three battery lights glowing, & I've used it a few times since with no apparent loss of power. The side mounted switches are slightly awkward, but still usable. Overall, I would rate it as a good tool, (within it's capability). It won't be suitable for building a deck, or such demanding duty, but it's not designed for that. The supplied driver bits are soft steel, and won't last long, but I've got hundreds of good ones on hand, so that's not a concern. Update, 1-27-26. I've been using this driver for about two years now, and it's been unbelievably useful. It's a tool I grab immediately when I have more than one or two screws to drive or remove. Huge difference with this tool and lower powered drivers I've had previously. This 8 volt tool has real power, plus I've only charged it a couple of times. Battery seems to never run down. I'm very impressed with this tool. I wish many others that promise great performance would be as capable as this ENERTWIST driver. I'll be buying more as gifts to DIY friends.

Worth the money!
Worth the $, I owned an Enertwist for about 3 years, used it on anything and everything it finally gave up, so I bought a new one, because it's strong, the battery lasts when you need it. Very dependable

Great and Handy Tool
This is a very handy and versatile addition to the home DIY tool chest. It is powerful and allows you to adjust the clutch. I have already used it for several projects and I am still impressed with its value and performance with each use. I always look at each tool I use and try to find ways to improve upon them. The only th8ng I can come up with an improvement on this one would be to add magnetic bit holder to it.

Works well but not user friendly.
I've owned quite a few drivers and they all succumbed to the same issues. The pistol grip trigger eventually went bad, and the fwd/rev. button right above the trigger was constantly getting pushed during use stopping the driver. PROS-This driver, so far, seems very well built and sturdy. Motor is powerful and smooth. The driver feels good in the hand and doesn't require a button to be pushed to go fwd or rev. Just move the trigger up or down. The chuck holds the bits in firmly and securely. Charges quickly compared to other drivers and has a light. Comes with a hardshell case and a ton of useful accessories. CONS-Though I didn't want a traditional pistol trigger, this trigger is up on the sides of the motor housing and puts your hand in an awkward position and doesn't allow a good grip on the driver. It'll take some getting used to. The light on previous drivers was somewhat automatic. Push the trigger and the light came on. Let go of the trigger, light goes off. This driver has a switch you must manually switch on and off. May not bother others, but I don't like it. All in all, so far so good. This driver addresses my issues with other drivers but at a compromising cost. I will update after a couple weeks of use as it will be used almost daily under rigid conditions. Update: Was extracting a screw in a tight spot and was using the flexible extension shaft and while unscrewing, the shaft made a bunch of loud clicks then stopped working. When I pulled it out, the cable inside had sheered itself in half. I have contacted the vendor for a replacement. Will update on their service. Update: After Three attempts to contact the seller to replace the flexible extention, they have refused to reply. If you don't need this accessory, the item works well but don't expect any customer service if you have an issue. For this reason, I am changing my rating to one star.

Great Product - Albeit Shortlived Lifespan (Hoping just a one-off problem)
I did a lot of research before buying this cordless screwdriver. I really wanted the Dewalt gyroscopic based on the great reviews and was willing to pay the nearly $110 for it, but they seem to have stopped making it as it could not be found online or any big box DIY stores. The reviews for this product were really good, apart from comments about how fragile the bits were. I never experienced any issues with the bits, they were all solid and fully functional. I would give it 5-stars, except for the below issue that came about after using it for about 45 days. I bought this in advance of a new home purchase and after having it in the box still, I finally got to break it out and use it after closing in late-May 2025. It was GREAT!! I used it to swap out all electrical outlets, door handles, and hinges, and a variety of other tasks. However, by late-June, I noticed it started to hesitate while unscrewing a few random items. I figured it just needed a charge so I plugged it in to ensure it was fully charged up. It still seemed to hesitate so I thought my finger may be slipping and had my wife try it just to be sure. Yep, same issue. Then, about a week later, while screwing in an otherwise normal screw into a stud (something this screwdriver has done a few times already with no issue - and felt to the same amount of work/torque), I smelled something...it was that "electrical burning" type of smell. At the same time, I felt as if the housing was getting warm-to-hot and suddenly, there was smoke coming from the screwdriver. I tried it again a few days later and it still worked but you can still smell that "burn" so I stopped using it all together. I LOVED this screwdriver - until this incident. Price is good and it worked great. I sent a note to ENERTWIST via their website online submission, several days ago and have yet to hear from them. Am posting this here for everyone's awareness and in hopes they respond. I will also send them an email, as found on their website (which was surprisingly hard to find). Hope to have a happy resolution and will update the review appropriately.
