I recently purchased this Apple MacBook Pro (13-inch) and have been very happy with it. I am giving it one star because it did initially work when the product was delivered in July of 2024. Within two months the screen turned black. My daughter was using the product for college and she was away in another state. We did purchase the Asurion protection plan but my daughter was unsure how to use it correctly and as I was not there to help her so she waited another month and a half to get it fixed when she came home for break. During that time the MacBook was unusable. In December I sent the item away to be fixed. The item was returned to her a couple of weeks later at her university. That was the second week of January 2025. She came home for spring break in March and while she was home the screen began to turn black again. She also informed me that the laptop was running very hot. I again contacted Asurion but at this time I was just looking for a refund of my $429. I was told that an item had to have the same defect 4 times because I could seek a refund. I explained that my daughter had major time constraints with this instance and waiting 2/3 weeks for the item to be fixed was not an option. We took it to a nearby repair shop that is sponsored by Asurion where we were given an estimate of $471 which is more than I paid for the product. I was told that I could pay to have it repaired and then be reimbursed but aside from not living that option the screen would take a week to come in and then a few days after that to be fixed. I should also state that the estimate also included fixing the overheating problem. I reached out to Amazon but because it was more than 90 days removed from the purchase they couldn’t do anything for me. Originally, I did have a customer service representative tell me I should not worry that I would be getting a refund but the next day I received an email stating that my claim had been denied. I also reached out to the third party seller and they never responded to my message. I did try Asurion one more time with a copy of the estimate trying to please my case that I just want a refund since the original payment is less than the cost of the repair. This whole process has eaten up hours over several days of speaking with countless representatives. I felt like there was no one that truly understood my problem and how I only wanted to be made whole with this defective product.

It works great! Haven’t had any issues! I really needed one for college and it hasn’t disappointed. Great purchase would buy again. Very worth the price. It’s very slim and can fit in all my backpacks. It’s pretty easy to use you just have to get the hang of it.

It was exactly what I expected great quality the storage works for me and the condition was very clean besides minor scuffs which for me it’s an issue. my only “con” is the laptop overheating can sound like a jet engine if you run too much on it. The battery does seem slightly lower than I’d expect but it says that the battery is still fine and it’s lighting the screen Touch Bar and keyboard so that could be it as well. But for my purpose this will still do the job good for the price especially

Excellent product. Great purchase for the price. I needed something quality to start up a stationary business and this was perfect. Processor is quick, storage is A+. Had some issues with the charger but the seller got a replacement to me right away. I will definitely purchase again.

The laptop arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition. The seller contacted me and was very friendly. Even sent a a free gift and added an extra year of warranty. I recently received this refurbished MacBook Pro 2019. Overall, the laptop is in excellent cosmetic condition, with only a few very minor scratches. The screen looks great, the audio quality is excellent, the Touch Bar works perfectly, and the performance is very fast. The battery and general functionality have met my expectations so far. However, there is one significant issue: the built-in camera does not work. When I try to use it, the system displays “No Camera Available,” and the camera is not detected by macOS. Since I just received the device, this appears to be a hardware-related problem. If the camera were functioning properly, I would be very satisfied with this purchase because the MacBook is otherwise in excellent condition.

My 1st Mac. Been using it for 2 weeks. Great machine. If you have cloud storage available this machine is great. Powerful and lasts forever! Very happy with the unit and the price.

The refurbished (Excellent) MacBook Pro was amazing on delivery, two days earlier than promised. The only marks were the faintest of scratches on the bottom. The unit looks brand new and has performed excellently. I highly recommend the vendor All Canadian Tech.

It looks, feels and works just like new. A couple of dings on one of the edges but overall I am happy with the product. This was a great deal and good upgrade from my 2012 MacBook Pro.
