The name is a bit misleading as, this is an authentic "clay" product, but then it's very texturizing yes. They should call this a texturizing styling clay. Go in with little scoops (use the back of your nail, and scoop counter clockwise) as it's got some pull & tug while applying it to dry hair, but, if you layer this in slowly, it's nothing bad at all.. I also like " scrunching" this in, easier application that way. Smells lovely, very light fresh scent. Washes out easily. Holds VERY well, gives great volume, texture, thickness, and remains pliable throughout the day. The ingredients are very clean and healthy. Truly a thumbs up for this clay. It's budget friendly for 4oz, it'll last you a LONG time! Even though it's budget friendly, it performs superbly well ! Very well balanced product.
