I haven't really liked much "personalised" jewellery I've seen, and because my name is long, and also of jewellery makers charge per letter it would end up costing me a small fortune. This "k" necklace is just so petite and I fell in love with it instantly.It took a while to arrive, but when it got to me it was well protected in packaging. As you can see from the photos, it comes with its own gift box...a nice touch for those who are planning to gift this necklace to someone. It also comes in handy for storage - I haven't a jewellery box, and most of my items just end up tangled on my dresser!It also comes with a little cleaning cloth which is so cute! It feels really well made and again adds a little bit of class to the item.The necklace itself is very dainty. As I was taking it out of the packaging, I managed to get the chain tangled, so that is a drawback, and would need to be stored on a jewellery rack or in the box.The k is a lower case cursive and the chain is attached to each side of the letter rather than the top of the letter so it sits nicely when hanging.The only drawback is the chain may cause a reaction to the skin as it is quite cheap (not a negative) and with it being costume jewellery. So maybe not wearing it for long periods of time will reduce this risk. Unfortunately I can't see a way for the chain to be replaced.All in all the item is great and you get what you pay for!
