It arrived within the shipping window and the packaging protected the product. Used this one to replace a dying 1/6 hp motor on my condenser. Slightly more power on this motor. Install was simple, everything was plug and play. I noticed that the wires coming out of the motor are slightly smaller gauge, I'm not concerned, but I thought it worth mentioning. The spade connectors one this motor are slightly better quality than the original in that they are insulated. Happy.
