Truly works
I rarely write reviews but this stuff truly does work. I’ve had GI issues my whole life. Eliminating a few foods helped, but this helped eliminate excessive burping and bloating. I tried thorn’s blend that is similar but it’s not as good as this.

Helpful product + tip to overcome bad taste
This product was recommended by my ENT to help with GERD (in conjunction with a med I'm taking). I've been using it for five weeks, and while it's not a cure-all, it does seem to help. I noticed that a lot of people gave up on it because it tastes awful--which it truly does! But here's what works for me: I add some strawberry syrup--the kind you'd purchase as a cocktail mixer. The berry taste overcomes the bad taste and even makes the liquid mixture look more appetizing. It will never be your favorite beverage, but with the berry flavor added, you won't feel nauseous!

Hard to know whats true
I disagree with all the people complaining about the bad taste. It’s not that bad and besides, it’s medicine. Do you want them to throw in a ton of sugar to make it taste better like they do with Metamucil? Then you would be complaining about the high sugar content.I showed this product to my gastroenterologist and he immediately pointed out the asterisk “These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA…” or something like that and he said, “This could be made in someone’s garage.” And he suggested it could do more harm than good. Okay point taken, but I looked at all the OTHER similar supplements out there with the same ingredients, and I looked at each ingredient sold separately and THEY ALL have that disclaimer on them. Every brand…Nature this and Vita that…they all say “this has not been approved by the FDA”.So I’m not going to throw it away as my Gastroenterologist suggested. I’ll take a scoop here and there until its all gone. But I doubt I’ll buy another one.I have some gastritis and I believe giving up the insane amounts of coffee and chocolate I’ve been consuming will do more to cure my problem than this product, but I don’t think it’s a total waste of money or a fake product. That’s just my story. But who knows.
