This is a high quality honey! I grew up in Greece and this honey is infused with thyme which comes from bees pollinating thyme bushes and wildflowers. Greek thyme bushes and wildflowers are pesticide free so it’s pure. It has a deep amber colour and tastes amazing! We use it in baking, on pancakes. Bread with butter and honey or yogurt with honey and walnuts are a popular Greek breakfast. Warm milk and honey is also a great cure for a sore throat. I only buy this honey!
