Excellent device
I've had this device up and running with ZERO issues from day one. It does everything it says it does. I have it connected to 7 AXIS PoE injectors powering 7 IP Cameras and I used the 8th outlet with a power strip and a 24 port network switch, a router and a modem. With all that, the load is 0.9 Amps. I am not using the temperature sensor option. I have this device ping each camera every minute or so; after 3 failures or whatever I chose, it power-cycles the failing camera for a minute and the camera reconnects to the network after reboot, awesome. Since I installed the device the IP cameras are always online, I've never had to visit the client just to disconnect a power cord or call someone to do it for me again, and my client's investment paid itself in no time. If there is a major network problem I can log-in remotely and power-cycle manually the devices on #8. UPDATE: 2016, 4 years later the device still working like the first day. Highly recommended device.

These Are The Best Remote Power Switches On The Market
We use these to remotely power cycle computers when the computer is completely locked up and cannot be accessed any other way. They can be programmed to ping a device, and take action (as in rebooting) if pings are lost. They do much more than just turn outlets on and off. These switches are well built, and the new user interface is much improved over the previous models. We have at least a dozen of these scattered throughout our broadcast operations. We've been using them for years, and I've never had any kind of a failure or problem. They are great!

Perfect for my remote servers and modems
I have handful of these for my network and they have performed flawlessly. We have cable modems and servers in remote locations that can lock up. These devices help us avoid a 3 hour drive.

good value
Does what it should at a competitive price--similar units cost twice as much. However the current meter for the unit we received is inaccurate, particularly at low draw after several outlets are turned off. Showed a PC burning about 1.5 amps as eating 4.5. Confirmed this via the UPS. Should mention we're not using the fancier features such as "auto ping" reboots etc. Just basic on/off. So if you care about accurate power readings, go for a more expensive unit. Otherwise this one is a good value.

Works well
Unit works as advertised. Will enable you to remotely turn outlets on and off through the Internet or a dial up modem. Unit was easy to install and setup. Amp meter not very accurate at low current use. Would buy again.

Was expecting more
Has some web UI bugs, sometimes locks up for unknown reasons and needs to be rebooted. I wanted something more reliable than the attached devices but didn't find it here. There are better ones from DLI and APC.

I you need ... buy it.
Excellent, you can access from intranet and control every thing, I 'm working to make it available form the WWW but I know is just some server proxy and I will be able to control form every place.
