I bought this rug as an alternative to the expensive back seat mats for my car and it works great. Gives my dog something soft to lay on and absorbs the water from wet trips to the beach. Keeps the sand and dirt trapped in thick rug away from my dog and keeps it from spreading to the floor. Easy to shake out sand and wash if needed. Some of the yarn pieces seem to be loose so not sure how long it will last but for the money, I’ll just get another one. Bought for my daughter’s car and she loves it too.

This is the best thing I gotfor my back door. My dog would come in with muddy paws and this rug gets the job done. I do wash it every week. But, it has kept its purpose a day hasn't fallen apart.

So I bought one for the doggie door entrance and ended up still using towels. I live in Louisiana and it stays raining and i have 3 doggies, so I bought another one. Two has helped so much! No more towels!

Would like it to be harder for the dogs to move. Rubber backing could be more dense. Would have liked one that is a bit wider also I believe mine is only about 24" ish.
