Worth the purchase
Great product and worked well

Easy to use and sticks well
Used this to waterproof a parapet around a balcony. I applied it directly to treated timber and it's easy to use and sticks well. Very hard to pull off without damaging it if you get it wrong. Worth watching a you-tube video or two to get some installation tips and having two people definitely helps.

Great product for multi year problem
I have a flat roof and the roofer did a poor job on the edge and over time the edges of the roof lost their seal resulting in leaks . I investigated numerous fixes and this self adhesive roofing seemed like the solution . I had a roofer clean the roof edge and apply this material over the edge adhering it onto the flashing and bonding 5 1/2 " onto the flat roof . It has been on for 5 years looks like new and the most important is it still adheres firmly to the roof and edge flashing . Multi year problem solved. Great product .

Flat roofing repair
Laid down easily, following a straight chalk line. Seems to be doing a good job on a flat, sloping roof. Should overlap 3/4" to 1", over the previous row.

Great, but be careful!
This product works great, just dont let it get too warm in the sun before laying it on the roof. It stretches and the backing doesnt come off as easily causing you to have to fight it and then you end up with wrinkles. Brings profanity to your lips!
