This is a nice option over a metal cable. I use this to pull my boat into the garage. It makes it easy and flexible.

This rope cable is amazing. I built a elevator in my home. Using an overhead winch on a snatch block pulley attached to the chassis. I used the original steel cable that came with the winch.. With a open cage chassis design leaving the top open for emergency escape. The cable was not only very noisy.. But you could feel tiny droppings of metal coating falling off the cable onto you..I was skeptical when a friend told me about nylon winch cables and their strength.. New to me after years of using steel. Plus I'm the application I'm using for.. Safety. I've waited to review after using it daily for a year. I couldn't be happier. Not only is it smooth and quiet. There isn't a fray. Or stretch. Or anything other than looking like the day I installed it. And we use the elevator every day. I'm amazed at it's strength.. Who would of ever thought something like this would out perform a steel cable.. don't be afraid to buy this. It's high quality.Update after 2 yrs daily use. No signs at all of fraying. Stretching etc. Again I use this on an overhead wiñch through a snatchblock for a home elevator. So it doesn't have easy life. Still looks new

This is the strongest synthetic line I've used,In the 3/8 size. I have used this brand line for 7-8 months 5 days a week cutting trees. I use it to pull trees to cut also retrieving logs and loading the logs. This thing has taken alot of abuse I've had it rub on my trailer while loading logs and not just a lilbit of a rub I'm talking dragging a 20ft log and it's on the edge of 2x2 angle iron and pulled it 80 ft. Didn't hurt it a bit. Now it has its normal wear of peach fuzz fiber sticking up and it's dirty. But I've never washed it and i was told that dirt and mud would cause it to break. But it hasnt yet. I do believe that its true but if it breaks ill buy another one. I have put more pressure on this line than a 3/8 cable. And have broke two 3/8 log chains with it. I'll definitely buy more. I have started using it for rigging trees Instead of straps and chains. They make good slings also. Plus I love the green.

Well made product and a good value for the money. I thought the hook quality could have been better. It works for what was needed.

I put this on a Badlands 12k winch. Worked great and looks great. Have used it to recover some cars and have had zero issues

Everyone is making these cheap Chinese junk winch lines. This is one of those except..... this is really a good winch line. I've used it a bunch now and I don't have a single complaint. In my opinion, this is as good as a winch line that can cost 4 to 5 times as much. Winch ropes will absolutely get damaged and break if you use them out on the trail. Knowing that is a certainty, why pay way more for a winch line that you are going to replace in a couple of years anyways. If you are just running out to the mall, then why do you want an expensive one anyways.

Used once so far to pull a Subaru station wagon that was stuck on the side of a hill after having rolled down a hill backward. Worked just fine and glad I had it.

Good replacement for steel cable. Ez to operate winch very good flexibility .

ok the rope is awesome but, .... yoyy really should include a neww mounting screw to attach, the one i have like im sure others is not in best of shape and a 5 cent screw would make this item over the top , thinking of the little things to complete a awesome item

Works good, I fit it in a 3500 winch, But what I’ve learn was to pull out the winch rope after any wet or mud ridding and let it dry out, If not they rot
