Listing states this is the FHD (1920 x 1080) model with IPS display. This is noted in both the listing title and the body of the listing.IT IS NOT.It is the HD (1366 x 768) model with the (what appears to be) TN display.Luckily I bought it from Amazon who will refund fully.Fraud. Time-waster.

i needed a new laptop. i use this brand at work and i haven't had any major issues.

It's a great little laptop for the price. We got it for the kids google classroom while they're in quarantine. We needed more computers so they could work and elearn at the same time. This laptop served that purpose perfectly. The only drawback is that the camera is somewhat fuzzy compared to other laptop cameras. It has a nice solid feel, good battery life, doesn't overheat, and boots up quickly when switching accounts. It's great.

We were really excited to receive this Chromebook for my kids' elearning for the rest of the school year. From the beginning, we had problems getting the computer to power on. It was like we had to do a hard reset every time. Also, from the beginning, the system would sporadically close the chrome window and restart, and we couldn't keep a consistent wifi connection (which we no issue with any other devices in our home0. I called Lenovo for tech support, and they indicated that it was probably a hardware issue and that a technician would have to follow up to diagnose the issue. We were still in our return window with Amazon, so I sent it back. I know this is probably an isolated issue, and not all of their laptops respond this way, but it did seem to just have problem after problem, and I was thankful that Amazon made the return process so easy.

I was hesitant because it was ‘used-Like New’ condition. I decided to roll the dice to save $40. I was stunned when it arrived in the original packaging with not a scratch or blemish on it. It works fine, actually it was faster than I thought. My fears that some Android apps would not perform properly with an intel processor was not needed. The Celeron N4000 ran all the Android apps I needed perfectly, especially the Verizon Fios TV app. Delivery was faster than listed and it arrived well wrapped. Kudos to the vendor. I’m a long time fan of Lenovo. Everything worked out fine.

The description for this Chromebook clearly states that it is a touch screen FHD IPS display. It is not. The display is FHD (1920x1080) but it is not touchscreen and it is not an IPS panel. The panel on the devices they are shipping is a TN panel which has poor viewing angles and washed out colors. You're constantly wishing you could adjust the contrast but you cannot. That's the difference between IPS and TN.If the description were accurate, this would be a good product for what it is. But because the description is misleading, I'm returning my unit and buying elsewhere.

Straight off the bat, I must tell you that this chrome book is NOT touchscreen. They have sent me the wrong model, I believe, and this model is NOT touchscreen (the TN model is not touch screen... the IPS model is touchscreen). Advertising it as touchscreen is completely false. For that, I took off a star.Other than that, this ha google play. You can install multiple apps. You can connect your google account to this and all the passwords and information and links will be transferred. Also it recognizes your android phone and connects it.The chromebook is plastic but it is solid plastic. A truly value laptop. The weight is absolutely perfect. The video display is very good - great colors and lighting. The battery is ridiculous - over 10 hours. The speakers are fair and I wish they were louder.It has its own virus protection and it updates it on its own. So that’s excellent.One thing it lacks is lighted keyboard. Cmon, you had to have put that in there...Other chromebook processors have faster processing speeds, I wanted to tell you about it.Anyway, I would still recommend this chromebook for simple browsing and school work.I really hope that I was helpful with my information. The laptop they are sending with these orders is a TN panel. NOT a IPS panel. IPS panels offer significantly better viewing angles and crisper colors. TN panels are much cheaper and have much poorer viewing angles / colors. The description in the item very clearly states this is a IPS panel, however it is NOT. This is confirmed both from the box itself, and from viewing the item. Be aware, this item is fraudulently described!
