Nice stylish faucets that work well. After a few years I had a dripping issue, and their customer service walked me through trouble shooting it. When it was found to be faulty, they replaced the whole faucet set for free, and I only had to pay shipping! Happy to be their customer and I love the look of the faucet.

I ordered these with a certain vision I had in mind when designing my new bathroom remodel. I am a bargain shopper at heart and always will be, but when it comes to certain products, I choose quality over saving money. I saw the price on these and thought they probably wouldn’t meet my expectations at such a low price point. The last faucet I bought three years ago was right at $300 for a single kitchen faucet. So I do love a good faucet. For my bathroom though , I didn’t have to have perfection(like I wanted in my kitchen) but I wanted it to look vintage and of good quality and have a nice color, while mostly sealing and operating well. These met all my expectations I ordered two, they came nicely packaged and undamaged, instructions, and all. The color was nice and not too cheap looking. They were heavy and well made and jot like some of those cheap plastic ones or even lightweight metal ones, which was great. The water comes out perfectly from the faucet and no side spraying or anything. It fit perfectly in our space. I do have one small quam about the pipe size that has to go into this… it’s an odd size so we did have to do some work to make it fit into it perfectly but we made it work and it’s fine. A lot of faucets have an odd size that links up to your plumbing and it’s just not the size that your local hardware store usually carries (as far as pipes go). I did look at the size before buying so I was aware of it in advance but just be sure you always check all the measurements that they so kindly provide for you in the product pictures listed. Beautiful faucet. I ordered two!!!

It looks very beautiful and installation was easy. However after only one week it started leaking from the main line. Tried contacting customer support but because I was not able to show where the leak was coming from they were not able to help. The leak almost ruined the inside of my vanity and had to spend money to get it fixed. Suggest going with a more reliable brand because at the end it will be cheaper.

The faucet and valves are very nice quality, very impressive! . The plastic drain however looks and feels cheap. Installation was straight forward, no special tools needed. Overall, I highly recommend this faucet for it's look, feel and ease of installation

I love the look, however long term relability is in question. 5 stars for the look. 3 for reliability in question. 5 for service. Ordered 2, installed 2 years ago, one of the two faucets separated from their base above the sink line, seems like some kind of corrosion/metalurgy issue. however, i did reach out to customer service and they were able to support the new part with great timeliness.

Affordable, nice looking faucet. Great customer service! The faucet was easy to install, fits perfectly in my older pedestal sink. It’s pretty much plug and play with click together hoses. I had a drip start after 2.5 of use (hard water issue in my town) the old cartridges were a little difficult to get unscrewed, but the new cartridges are much better, (hot and cold) with a larger area for a wrench. Once I got the old cartridges out, the new cartridges went in easily. They sent me a video of how to do it.

Great faucet and looks beautiful until it starts leaking. Cold and hot leaked. Looked up how to fix it and ordered replacement parts on the Gotonova website ($50). Easy fix. Unfortunately not. The part is supposed to screw off and new one screw back on. Could not get the part separated no matter what I did. Had to buy another faucet. So upset because I love this faucet so much and I spent $50 on parts that I can’t use directly from the Gotonova website. No word from Gotonova at all like all the others.
