Works like magic
It works like magic. I didn’t use bottle 3 per other users advice. My hair was bright red and all of it was gone after 20min. Oh and it smells really bad. Don’t know how to get the stink out

Love this product
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Hair Product – Noticeable Results I’m very impressed with this hair product. After just a few uses, I noticed my hair feels softer, smoother, and much more manageable. It also looks healthier and shinier. The texture is lightweight and doesn’t leave my hair feeling greasy or heavy. It has a pleasant scent that isn’t too strong, which I really like. A little goes a long way, so it’s definitely worth the price. I will continue using it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve the look and feel of their hair. Si me dices qué tipo de producto es (shampoo, oil, mask, heat protectant, curly hair, damaged hair, etc.), te la hago más específica y realista ⭐

Disappointed
Not to be a Debby downer but the only good thing I have to say about this is that it came in time and it didn't damage my hair. In fact it didn't do anything to it. To make the long short, this product did not whatsoever work for me even when I followed the directions. Regardless I do have a few things to say to whoever interested in buying this, the package is smaller than I imagined and the actual product to treat your hair is sort of hard to remove or squeeze out from their bottles and the stench is absolutely horrible as other reviews said. But of course that all could've been forgiven from me if it ended up doing what it promised which was to remove all dyes/colors from my hair but it absolutely did not. Don't get me wrong I did read a few reviews before I bought this and I did see that some people with green hair didn't notice a big difference but then there were some people with black hair that did.. my hair is pink and it's been pink for almost 6 months It went from a really hot pink to a more faded calm pink and I've been wanting it to just all rinse off so I can move on to another color. So obviously when I found out about one n' only I was relieved and I wanted it right away. I've also seen some videos on people who tried it and it worked for most of them and they had permanent hair dye compared to me I only had semi permanent, so I thought for sure it had to work on my hair because how does it work on others and not me? To say I'm just disappointed is really an understatement, now I don't trust anything to remove my hair color other than peroxide bleach. I'm thinking now about what I could've done wrong and the only thing that comes up is maybe opening the package box when it arrived but only using it four days later?(?) (I just wanted to make sure everything was there, again I had no idea it was so small. I have long hair and there really wasn't enough product. I'm glad I didn't buy two though.) Honestly though if that is the case than I should've been warned because one n' only mentioned the faster you work the better the results or something like that but to my knowledge the casings for part 1 color fix and part 2 (the conditioner part) was closed and sealed off from things affecting it. Yes, in case you're wondering I didn't use part three as some reviews suggest and even if I wanted to I wouldn't have known when it just says to apply it I assume after you wash off part 1&2 so does that mean I can use it whenever? The first picture was me a week before using it and the next one was the day after. If you have hair like mine that's pink I'm just going to say I don't recommend this product but anyone wants to give it a try, good luck! This was twenty dollars down the drain for me. 😓

Doesn't strip your hair. Only last color applied
Great stuff. It does not bleach your hair. It only takes off the last color you applied. And it will even do it two weeks after you colored it. And it was permanent hair color that I used.

Metamorphosis: "I believe in ...MIRACLES!" :)
OK. Yes, it works. But it will take some patience. My natural hair color is very dark brown. For the past 10 years, I’ve been getting a double process (single and highlights), so my hair was more dark blonde with light blonde highlights. I decided to switch things up and go to a trendy new colorist with good online reviews. HUGE MISTAKE. She dyed my hair jet-black. Literally jet-black, NOT in a nice way. Opaque, dry, ugly. Looked like I had dumped a bucket of hot tar over my head; completely unnatural, as if I was wearing a plastic, dried-out synthetic wig. I was a walking Chia pet. After a week of tears, agony, and some Internet research, I discovered One n’ Only ColorFix. I bought 2 boxes, because I have lots of hair. Because of the reviews, I decided against using the toner. First try: hair looked lighter, but not yet back to my original highlighted blonde highlights with darker base. Just lighter. Two days later, I repeated the process. I again skipped the toner, although I was tempted to try it. After the 2nd application: hair was back to blonde w/highlights again. So the process went from JET BLACK (“professional” colorist’s mistake); then: >>> 1st application of ColorFix: much Lighter Brown with reddish tones; >> 2nd application of ColorFix: Strawberry Blonde-ish, Golden Orange. In some areas, very blonde highlights returned, but with very brassy/reddish tones. The hair looked and smelled almost as if it were still “burning” days later (probably the use of the toner could have stopped this process?). It looked garish and kind of obviously a home dye job. But it wasn’t black anymore! Needless to say, I wore a hat for a few more days. [And BTW: yes, it stinks (get over it – you’re getting a miracle!). But it kind of goes on smelling for many days, as if your hair is still cooking. ☹ So be prepared. When you work out, it will smell more, too. ...sorry!] After letting the hair rest and not shampooing for about five days, I applied L’Oreal Brass Banisher (another EXCELLENT, excellent product). I let that sit in my hair for a full 60 minutes (instead of the recommended 10 minutes). My hair turned a bit darker following the Brass Banisher, but the garish red and brassy tones were gone. BTW, I shampooed liberally with Clairol Shimmerlights, and Phyto’s Keratin Extreme Conditioner. The look was a more tasteful blond highlights on light brown hair, just about where I was before that butcher of a colorist turned my hair into a Brillo pad (back to original colorist's work). I’m quite happy with the final outcome. The photos don’t fully convey the amount of brassy red tones in the hair after the 2nd application of ColorFix, but yes ColorFix can really strip out all the black and the original blonde highlights are revealed! Magic! One n’Only ColorFix DOES work. My hair went from JET BLACK back to BLONDE with very little damage. You’ll probably need some kind of toner to get the exact shade you desire. BTW - the photos don't really fully show a) how black my hair was; b) how RED it got; and c) how blonde it NOW looks, especially after L'Oreal Brass Banisher was done. Highly recommend it if you’re in a jam with hair that was dyed too dark, but be sure to keep some of the L’Oreal Brass Banisher close by – the two together are life-savers!!

⭐Saved My Hair After a Salon Dye Disaster⭐️
I bought this kit after a salon color went way darker than what I asked for. I originally had highlights done on January 19th and then on February 4th I went to a different stylist who applied an all-over dark brown color that turned out nearly jet black over my highlighted hair. I was honestly devastated and didn’t want to bleach my hair or risk major damage since my hair had already been through highlights recently. I used Colorfix and it made a huge difference after only one use. My hair lifted from black to a much more natural-looking warm brown/chocolate shade (middle picture) and I could immediately see more dimension coming through. It didn’t leave my hair feeling gummy or fried like bleach would. Important: I skipped BOTTLE #3 because that bottle makes your hair darker. Beware that the smell is VERY strong (sulfur/egg smell), so be prepared. If you need to remove dark dye without jumping straight to bleach, this product is a lifesaver. I definitely recommend using regular conditioner after (not a deep conditioner because it might seal the old dye molecules which make your hair darker). UPDATE: my hair sadly got darker (mirror picture) only 2 days after probably because I didn’t rinse my hair for 30 minutes straight. TIPS: I did a second round of colorfix a week afterwards and what I did made a huge difference. I made sure to rinse my hair for 30 minutes straight (massage your scalp and squeeze the product out of your hair). You will be tired after your shower but it HAS to be done unless you want your hair to go darker or smell longer. You will know you rinsed the product out when you can barely smell the product anymore. I made sure to not wash my hair for 72 hours afterwards.

Easy and effective
Clairol and I have been friends for a long time. I made the mistake of buying the Caramel Blonde by another brand because it was on sale (and touted to be a better Brand). Well, instead of honey blonde result like I get from Clairol, my hair turned RED! It was horrible! I washed it with H&S shampoo, tried a light blonde hair dye but it was only slightly lighter. I was ready to try the DIY baking soda-peroxide-dish soap recipe but decided to spend the money on this. I was afraid of making matters worse with the DIY recipe. I gave my hair a hot oil treatment with Castor Oil, coconut oil and Vit E beforehand. After rinsing the oil out, I proceeded to apply Colorfix. I measured out 2T each of the #1 and #2 bottles and mixed. That way I would have some leftover if I needed to reapply. I have thin shoulder length hair, so that was plenty. Other reviews say this smells terrible, but I thought the odor was mild…and to be expected. After 30 minutes, I rinsed for 3-4 minutes in lukewarm water, then washed 2 times with H&S shampoo. I did lather the shampoo in my hands before applying which I think makes a difference when washing your hair. Now, I am not completely back to my blonde/grey hair color, but it brought the color down VOLUMES! I was ready to apply a lighter blonde hair color but decided to wait a few days to give my hair a break since the new improved color, although darker than my normal, looks okay with my fair complexion. All I can say is this was money well spent…and I have enough left if I make another mistake in the future.

Excellent
Honestly amazing I had a lot of colour build up and this worked better than any hair stripper I used!! I'd suggest not using the processor but it took me from black/brown to bright yellow and orange and let my hair silky smooth it was in great condition best choice I've ever made!!!!
