We love our new Casual Home Montego 3-Shelf Bookcase in white. I just finished assembling it and it looks perfect in our space. It was easy to assemble, you just need a philips screwdriver in addition to the included allen wrench. The finish is perfect, and there were no flaws at all. The packing is excellent, so nothing was damaged in transit. It's worth the price!

Sturdy, easy to put together and beautiful!!

I've ordered and assembled a lot of furniture over the years, and I am almost always left disappointed by poor engineering and low-quality materials used, not to mention how angered I am when it’s an expensive product. I ordered this shelf, which was surprisingly inexpensive, so I honestly did not expect much when it arrived. To my complete astonishment, this shelf is worth every penny. The material used is excellent quality, and its mechanical design was very impressive. I tend to have a heavy hand, so when I read “don’t over-tighten,” I’m immediately concerned about a poor outcome, but that was not the case with this shelf. The pilot holes were the perfect size and depth, placed in the correct locations, and had uniform placement. The screws provided to attach the shelves were the perfect thread size, allowing me to snugly fasten the shelves without fear of stripping the wood. I’m honestly so impressed by the product that I could ramble on. The moment I finished assembling the shelf, I immediately bought a second one. I’m eager to see what other furniture products this manufacturer makes for my future purchases. Thank you for the wonderfully designed product and consumer-friendly pricing.

I purchased this shelf for my niece and she loves it. She has quite the library and needs the storage for the books. Assembly was easy with just me putting it together, it took about 45 minutes (it was a little awkward). It is a reasonably attractive shelf and is sturdy. The only flaw in the whole thing is the design for attaching it to the wall so it doesn't fall forward. They supply L brackets that attach to the shelf sides and to the wall the shelf is against. The problem is, the L bracket design does not take in to account any floor molding the shelf is also against at its base. The top of the shelf is not flush against the wall so the brackets will not work. They should include a screw and cable system that would allow for any gap between the wall and shelf. Otherwise, great shelf unit, especially for the cost.

Very pleased with this product -- more than I expected actually. My husband commented on how sturdy it was and easy to assemble. It looks so good in our bedroom -- displaying a few plants, pictures, and books. Definitely recommend and would buy again. Absolutely no complaints.

Great bookcase for a reasonable price. It came quickly, was very well packaged, and it had all the hardware and easy instructions. All wood and not from China. It is well engineered, a good size, and sturdy. Thank you!

Love this 3-shelf Montego Bookcase. I bought this for my laundry room. I needed a few shelves, did not want to hang something on the wall, and saw this small shelf. Perfect for placing things out of the way and not inside a cabinet as well as it looks good. Glad I bought it. Just right - for me.

This bookcase is real wood and great quality for the money. It is tall and not very deep, so I do recommend anchoring it to the wall, especially if you plan to put anything valuable on it. Very satisfied.

I've been shopping for a lot of furniture lately as we just moved, and this piece stands out as a really good price for the quality. It's solid wood, sturdy, pretty and was the perfect size for our space. I also thought the wood covers for the screws are a quality detail. If you don't like the wood grain showing faintly through the paint, just add another coat, but personally, I love it. We used it in our laundry room, but I'd gladly buy again for a bedroom, entryway, or living room.

We're very pleased with this bookcase. It is made of real wood, has a beautiful, deep rich color and it has a nice weight and sturdiness.The assembly instructions were clear and my daughter was able to put it together in less than an hour with the tools provided.I diligently checked several sites when shopping for this item, and Amazon beat the lowest price on those sites by over $30.A nice item for the price and it blends in beautifully with my other (more expensive) sitting room furniture.

I am so happy with this book case. It was so easy to assemble and it’s solid material makes it very sturdy. And considering I have a lot of hard cover books, this is a huge bonus. It’s also quite stylish too. Although I personally didn’t assemble it, I watched the person doing it and it was put together in less than 15 minutes. I believe that there is an option to anchor it to a wall for additional stability which I think is a great idea! This is a great lower budget option.
