awesome product. comes with one book the rest of the 2books needs to be downloaded and printed. kid loves it. way better quality than i thought. I bought 2 parts organizer boxes from home depot to separate all the pieces into one and nuts and bolts into another which cost about 15bucks (forgot which sizes though)something like this:[...]

This is an awesome toy. I would have given 5 stars but there is something I did not like about the instructions: The included printed instructions are only for 5 models. Online you can find three booklets: First is the same as the printout. Second are detailed instructions for another 5 models. The third has the last 15 models but they just show different angles of the finished models. I understand trying to save paper, but since they are online I don't see why not to publish the full assembly instructions for most of the 25 advertised models on the box.

Son of eight years loves this kind of thing.......had to help with some of the intricate stuff but all and all very educating for a budding engineer..........my wife and I hope

Says ages 9 and up and I would have to agree. My son is even advanced at age 7 and has difficulty with this without teaming up with dad. Great set. He'll grow into it!

Purchased This as a Christmas gift for my step son and while I had to basically build it for him as this set is really complex in areas. It still went together as expected. Instructions aren't exactly easy to follow by a 10 year old and some areas within the motor assembly if over tightened won't allow the motor to function correctly.I had to modify the battery assembly as both main pieces where identical and wouldn't allow the ends to go together. I assume the pieces should be slightly different to allow the top to go together.Overall it's a good kit. But for younger children adult help is a must.

Unfortunately, I decided to save a couple bucks buying this from Amazon Warehouse Deals and it arrived without the metal pieces and tools. I was disappointed that my son didn't get anything he could actually use. I used a set similar to this when I was a kid and the build quality is great just like it was, with even a few improvements from the early sets. Five stars for the product. Not so much for the supplier. Took an extra few days to arrive, now I've gotta wait an extra few days to get my money back after returning the product.

My grandson loves this product. He plays with it constantly. Plus he learns how to follow instructions, and helps refine his motor skills.

The motor wasn't strong enough to propel the car. The wheels spun while car was held in the air, bur not on the ground. We tried different batteries to no avail.

Arrived on time and was exactly as advertised. Reminded me of when I had these as a kid. My 10 year old found it a little challenging but did get through it mostly on his own.

Si ha cumplido mis espectativas ya que llego el día señalado, a mi hijo le encanta construir y el hecho de llegar en su día y con todas las piezas ha sido fantástico. Muchas gracias, como siempre Amazón cumple.
