These digestive enzyme tablets are truly remarkable! They are the HOLY GRAIL! They have completely helped my stomach turn over a new leaf immensely and quite quickly!! My hubby & I just moved and I don’t know why bc I thought I was watching what I was eating but apparently my stomach begged to differ and so I started feeling pretty crappy. I was extremely bloated, slight abdomen pain bc of it, not able to do a BM properly, sluggish, fatigue, struggling going to the bathroom even when taking gentle laxatives etc, and was very worried I was getting diverticulitis, yet again. SMH! Ugh! I want to rip my hair out bc of this crap, no pun intended. Anyways low and behold I found these and decided after reading the reviews I would give them a try. I honestly had no idea what exactly they would do for me but I was getting pretty desperate for some sort of relief. The process of moving is a horrible time to pay the ER a visit, let alone getting another stupid infection / inflammation in my intestine. I have a horrible history with diverticulitis (thank you wonderful genetics!) and so I really have to watch what I eat. I cannot believe the pain relief I experienced upon taking the first tablet the day I received them - took about an hour or two and then slowly I could feel less bloated, less pressure in my bowel area, less pain & fatigue. ***BTW - MASSIVE shout out (ENORMOUS THANKS) to the driver for getting these to me early! My stomach sincerely thanks you! You are an angel and I’m extremely sorry about the lack of communication towards you trying to deliver to our address, but you were still able to deliver and for that, I just can’t thank you enough!!!*** I feel so much better and I’m just extremely appreciative!!! Thanks to this company for producing this amazing product. For those of you who struggle with your diet and have a weak digestive system, or have constant diverticulitis flare ups no matter how much you try to alter your diet, you MUST get these!! I promise you will NOT regret it and your digestive system with thank you tremendously!!! THANK YOU! Bc of this product I can function in my life so much better!!! I still have to watch what I eat but these lil incredible precious jewels are just a wonderful helpful alleviating blessing. I could seriously cry bc of how much better I am physically feeling after starting taking these. 10/10 Highly recommend! I am a young 41, with Major digestive issues, always feeling bloated, hard to go to the restroom... But after taking these, my whole world changed, I'm no longer bloated and gassy, I'm more regular, I feel 100% better. The taste really isn't that bad, kinda reminds me of the Flintstone vitamins. Truly a bang for your buck... I've tried expensive stuff and nothing compares to this...

Impressed overall with the Garden of Life Digestive Enzymes. I like that it's plant-based and shelf stable, which makes it convenient. The tropical fruit flavor is a nice touch, but I find the taste a bit off and the texture not very pleasant. Would love if the flavor was improved to make it more enjoyable to chew. Still, it seems effective for my digestion needs.

These do not taste great but they are the best enzymes overall. Enzymes are a basic key to slow aging and arthritis. "You are what you eat" but more precisely what you digest and for the elderly especially aging is a vicious cycle of slow starvation. I.e. reduced digestion efficiency causes reduced tissue maintenance causes reduced digestion efficiency. Enzymes come from raw foods. The most important enzyme sources being organic "spring green" garden salads--over-ripe raw papaya--and tree ripened raw pineapple. Which are well worth the cost and time--but it is difficult to eat regularly. I greatly prefer "chewable" enzymes for a significant dose without a feeling of stressing the digestion by swallowing another pill Young and middle aged people can do well to take inexpensive chewables such as Now Chewable Papaya Enzymes or Now Chewy Zymes. However for elderly people you really want maximum support. Roex Digestive Balance is the only other comprehensive chewable enzyme--and some people might prefer its rather sweet taste. But it does not include actual vegetables and does not tell us how much of each enzyme is included. Organic Digest has none of these faults--and also includes a serious dose of dried fruits and vegetables--which everyone should eat daily but often it is difficult to do so. So the taste is not good but also not very bad. And if you understand the immense long-term health value the taste should not much matter so long as not horrible which this is not.

As someone who abhors taking pills, particularly stinky supplements & vitamins, I relished the idea of a chewable digestive aid for my newly sensitive stomach. Being a long time vegetarian, I eat lots of fiber via vegetables and fruit, but have found my digestion over the last year to be extremely slow. After modern medicine failed to offer any relief, I found success with a chewable B Vitamin Complex Solaray B-complex Chewable, 250 mg, 50 Count (no more indigestion! taste like sweet tarts!) but my stomach still felt sluggish. After some research, I decided to try a chewable digestive enzyme. I read the reviews for Garden of Life and felt confident that they could help-- the only complaint I noticed consistently was the taste. Not being picky about flavors, I figured I would have no issue with these. WRONG. Please know...these enzymes tasted like LITERAL vomit. They are supposed to taste like a combination of banana & pineapple (if you focus really hard, you can taste a banana flavor similar to banana Runts) but there is a pre-digested flavor which strongly overpowers the tropical vibe. I forced my husband to try one to see what he tasted, and while he did not taste the bile I did, he recoiled and pronounced them inedible, tasting of rotten fruit & wicker furniture. That being said, after a few weeks, I have been able to get over the taste (yes, I continued using them- nose pinched- grimacing). I have no issue with the flavor now..go figure. In regards to their aiding my bloated belly, I don't think they hurt anything. I'm not sure they give me much relief but I'm set on continuing use to see if long term healing may be a reality.
