**Q: Instructions are very vague, how do I set this up for my son?**
A: Wire nut the black to black (load) and the red to neutral. Slip your ground wire through the tiny hole in the back mounting plate, or cut it back. Finding a suitable wire nut to couple your 12 or 14 gauge wire to the tiny gauge wire on the unit is your only real obstacle. I had to strip back a quarter inch to wire nut them. Also split the casing to allow each red and black wire to reach their respective wire nuts.  Don't lose your remote! It will always be on or off if you do. Otherwise add a light switch. I'm adding a wifi smart outlet for voice control. No exposed wires anywhere.

This light when on the color morphing program is like moving art work on my wall ! The pattern is interesting and the colors beautiful. This is not really a light fixture to illuminate a room , but moreso to add dramatic accent lighting . It definitely does ! Well made , compact unit , hand held remote controlled . Definitely a statement piece !!

Difficult to install.. Unable to setup.. it was a direct wire.. Childs room is not setup for this type of wiring unless we removed overhead ceiling light and installed spiral multi light

The light looked amazing while it lasted! The colorful spiral effect was perfect for setting the mood in my space, and it added a fun vibe to the room. Unfortunately, it stopped working about a week ago after almost a year of use. Still, considering how cool it looked and the reasonable price, I'd say it was worth it overall.
