OKAY, So, I'm a 56 year old physically active guy, already 6ft 2 inches. I do NOT need to grow taller, and am under no influence that I will at my age. But.... I took these for a month, and didn’t grow any taller. I’m sure it would take multiple months of taking these pills to work if they do indeed work, but that’s not an investment I’m willing to make, honestly. Regardless, they don’t taste awful and are not ginormous. If money isn’t a matter, I encourage you to take these pills for a year and let us know if they worked for you. I've only been taking these for a couple of weeks so it is too soon to tell if my height will increase. Actually I am in my 60's so I am not taking them to get taller....I'm taking them because I believe the ingredients will hopefully make my bones stronger. Time will tell...it says you may not see any changes for 3 months......I can understand that but that is a long time to wait to see any results. But I still like the ingredients.

This product advertises boosting height. I am guessing it would take a year before you could claim growth and I have only used it for 1 month. I am older and worry about maintaining strength. Looking at the ingredients, it looks like it will help encourage bone support so I am excited to have a bone density test in 6 months to see if my theory is correct. If this is proved to be positive, this product could be for all ages!

Very good it has all the vitamins you need and so far it hasn’t given any side effects

It is been while after giving this supplement to my child. I feel little growing but not sure exactly from this supplements or not, but will keep continue to give until will see the result. Affordable price, no side effect for now

I gave this product 4 stars because I haven’t been taking them long enough to know if they actually work. However the bottle was secure and the pills are not hard to swallow.
