I took my 4 granddaughters and their 3 toddlers to Chicago this past weekend just for fun. It takes 4 hours to get there and anyone who would be in that situation would realize that you are going to need some/a lot of help to survive that long with 3 little ones. The DVD player was the perfect answer and really helped to keep them quiet. I needed the adapter because they all had to be in the back seats. I did have another DVD player because I had to rent a 12 passenger van for all the luggage, strollers, etc. No problem with the adapter. Anyway, I would like to say that "a good time was had by all" but that would be less than accurate.
