**Q: Where is this item manufactured?**

**Q: Are the low speed settings slow enough to not make a mess? My current mixer is too fast and makes a mess every time!**
A: Without a significant resistance to work against all 5 settings are the same .... very, very fast. Lowest setting is hopeless for slow mixing.

**Q: how do you get a refund as this product does not work and its only 2 months old**
A: I purchased my Kenwood hand mixer on 12/10/21. It’s not 5 months old but stutters when I try to use it and then stops. How do I get a replacement?

**Q: I ordered this in mint green as advertised it arrived in cream.  Have returned it. Has anyone out there ordered it and got it in green or is this bad**
