While you might think that riding in boxing gloves is a good idea, we think you'll have more fun in the Burton men's Dam Mitten. It's made of waterproof fabric with a soft and durable leather palm. Inside, your hands are treated to the goodness of moisture-wicking microfleece. Plus, the removable wrist leash helps you keep both mittens where you can find 'em at all times.

Stylish and comfortable
Well worth the money. Medium warmth. Fit as expected.

Good for layering. Not for extreme temps.
They are good quality. Enough room to layer gloves or mittens underneath. They do not make my hands sweat which is a necessity seeing as I work outside 8+hrs. Not for extreme temps alone.

Broke on first day
Wore these for the first time and the wrist strap broke… I have so many other gloves and mittens and this is the first time I’ve had a wrist strap break let alone break the first time using them. They’re warmer than I expected for being so thin and I like the look.

Very warm and comfortable.
At first I thought the thumbs were to long, but now they are broken in and feel ok.

Burton is the way to go
I’ve used these mitts about 7 times now and I would say they work just as good a a pair of $70 mitts I had before. Great product

Great gloves!
Great gloves I absolutely love them. The large is pretty big so I re-ordered a size small and they put perfect. They’re warm, durable and easy

Great Mittens
Work well. A little thin if you are looking for mittens for extreme cold. Overall, great product

Nice but not super warm
Good mittens to play in for shorter periods of time. I bought four different pairs of these assuming they’d be top quality but they don’t seem to keep the hands and fingers warm as long as we had hoped. We have -0 degree day winters where we live and we’re very active outdoors sometimes spending entire days on slopes and sleds and these just didn’t cut it for those long durations. However I do recommend additional layers under them and they will last. Burtons are usually great quality so I was surprised by that.

Great mitts; moss stone distressed looks like water marks
Love em'- great mitts. Leather palms, wrist leash, true mitt (no partitions between fingers). I'm keeping them, although one is visibly stained *edit- my bad, I bought the “moss-stone distressed” , one is more “distressed” than the other -bought for use, not looks). Good value for $ I think compared to Dakine's etc.

Ripped after first use
After my first time wearing them snowboarding they ripped. I wondered why my hands were so wet only to discover a tear in the seam. I would have given them a good review if they lasted longer than 4 hours.
