These are nice and comfy for my 5 year old son, and they fit me as well. Not sure they would fit an adult male though. They aren't adjustable and they are a bit tight, but they need to be to help cancel out the noise. If you go to loud events like Monster Jam, this will be much more comfy than the junky ear protection they have there. We bought them last time and my son hated them b/c they were so uncomfortable.
