Powertex Metal Base Black, 12 x12 x 13 cm

I need several stands for displaying hand-size wood sculptures securely and attractively in a gallery setting. These meet that need. The rubber pads attached to the underside look a bit hastily applied, and one of them was a tiny bit crumpled but not offputtingly so. The finish on the metal is perfect, and (importantly) the upright peg in each case is precisely upright. Sculpture stands of decent construction are generally very expensive - these seem good value.

Bubblewrap packaging was well done but too much tape around it made it difficult to open. I bought 2. I would have given 5 stars but one base had 4 soft pads, the other did not. The one without pads had a small metal ring welded to the underside of the base . I will need to break this off and fit my own pads.

Very solid I bought it for a project to use it to prop a polystyrene head on to it, The spike was just the right length Very happy with it

Would have been perfect except for damage on corner !! Most likely present when painted as the paint is not scratched so poor quality control. Whilst may seem trivial putting on display in a gallery this really needed to be perfect.

This stand has a lovely matt black finish and has a nice amount of weight to it. The point doesn't have a screw like thread which for some reason I thought it did, but my piece of wood was soft enough to just push it through and it's held just fine :)

Very well made perfect for the job

I'm very pleased with the product. It's sturdy, great quality and easy to ensemble for wooden items.
