A: A sprinkling of pseudo-Italian spices that add as much to the presentation as they do to the flavor. Nowadays I go to the local Hispanic market and but chicharrones, and process them in my food processor. It’s cheaper that way.

A: It just says Salt, not a type.

**Q: Glass or plastic jar?**
A: Mine came in a plastic jar.

**Q: Can you put it in the freezer?**
A: I've asked myself that after running out of dishes to use them on... Love 'em (or thought I did) at first, but after chicken - there wasn't much else (maybe a couple of fish dishes if you can find one that works). Four canisters finely broached their ' sell by' time--- and quite frankly, I wouldn't order them again.
