Is this suitable for a teenager?

Whilst this product is mainly recommended for adults, if your teenager can swallow capsules there is no reason why they shouldn't take it, although please be aware that 50 Billion is a high dose of probiotics

I am not an expert so I cannot answer with authority. But based on the what’s on the package it would appear so. However it has worked miracles for me.

How does it work on weight loss? There doesn’t appear to be any information on the mechanism of weight loss

I don’t believe this taken alone means you lose weight. Like with most things, combined with a healthy diet and some exercise it helps the digestive system to function better which helps with weight loss. Just taking them and eating and drinking badly won’t give you weight loss.
