Didn’t fit me (50” chest, 40” waist) So larger buyers be warned. Workmanship was reasonable as was material quality. It served me well and I'd recommend it to others. It might be a tight fit if you're on the larger side. Yes, it does want to float up and will ride high without the leg straps. The leg straps are an unfortunate necessity but I don't know how else you'd solve the problem except with a crotch strap and I don't find those comfortable. Even though the the Amazon label says Faxpot, the branding on the jacket was Rrtizan, they're basically all the same Chinese-made snorking jacket.
