Thick sturdy pan that really feels the business.However the picture here is after just 3 uses. Each at no more than 180deg and cleaned with a sponge afterwards.As you can see it's already completely disintegrating.Not fit for purpose and sadly a waste of money.

Great roasting tray. Love the fact that the middle is raised. Seems really sturdy even with a joint of meat in it. Was most impressed that after over cooking my joint and expecting to have to scrub the pan clean it was no problem at all! It just washed right off! Must be the coating they put on itPerfect size for a family joint of meat. Very happy with it.

Beautiful pan that roasts evenly. Are slightly heavy however but don't let that put you off
