It works so well it might be “magic”
Easy to use, and has a video to show the percent weights. Great for making culinary foams and espumas in a ISI. Hydrophilic and dissolved without clumping. Mixed 100 ml of orange juice and 1.5g of magic foam in a container, charged it into a isi and make orange juice foam that my toddler loves to play with. Making it a fun food safe activity

This is. A lot of fun to use for those special drinks if you want to impress your friends easy to use.

Very cool, crowd pleaser
I learned about this product from a ritzy bar in NYC. I’m really into making craft cocktails, so making salt foam margaritas added that bit of elevation I needed for my margaritas and tasted great.

Not a lot of product for the cost.
Very small quantity for the cost, wasn’t impressed with the end result.

Works as described
Found a drink that needed (aesthetic) so I went searching. This is not egg whites like most foams are. It was easy to use but there were no instructions…..so I just used my best judgement and all was good.

Expensive, tiny bag
Woah! I was expecting a much bigger bag for what I paid. It's good stuff, but I'll probably look for it elsewhere or just go back to egg whites. Too expensive!

Great for lattes
I’ve used this stuff for several years and it’s my go to foaming helper. I drink alternative milks for my coffee and I have trouble creating a nice foam for my lattes, but this works great if I add a little to hot or cold milk.

Perfect for cocktails
used this for cocktails, specifically sea salt foam margaritas and it was perfect. 4 stars because it's a pricey for the amount you get.
