Also, everyone else who says it fits a 7 inch wrist, must have received a larger model. Strange, as I also ordered the largest one available (2.4)? Overall, the quality feels good. The lock works as expected. Squeeze-click to close. And opens with a slight spring to release with a quarter turn clock-wise.

Lost thr key and once you do that it's pretty difficult to get out. Wish I came with a back up key. Otherwise was great fits my wrist well

I've had it on for almost 2 years and it's still in good condition and gem's are still in place even with an active lifestyle.

The bracelet is fine and you can get it off if you just put like a paper clip in it and move it around, but the necklace is…every time he would run the necklace would fall off even though it was clasped and he ended up losing the key because the necklace kept falling off

This is super cute! It was a gift for my fiancé and it’s perfect! It definitely feels sturdy and has a surprising amount of weight to it so I’m not worried about it breaking or anything. The bracelet was smaller than I thought but it fits just fine on me so that’s not a problem for me but something to keep in mind if you have thicker wrists or don’t prefer tight things around your arm. I don’t see where people are having the issue with not being able to close the bracelet back though? You just put the keep back in and turn it like you would open it and push it back into place. You can’t just close it without turning the opening/closing mechanism with the key. Every time I’ve put it on I’ve been able to close and open it just fine. The necklace is nice too and has good quality just like the bracelet. And I think it’s cute they included a little mini extra bracelet! Overall I would recommend!

I got this product as a Christmas present for me and my partner. I've currently had the bracelet on for about three to four months continuously. No problems with it sliding off or breaking and it doesn't turn your skin any weird colors. I got the rose gold set; the only issue I've had is that the rose gold has already rubbed off and is now a weird in-between rose and yellow gold, almost like a faded copper. Now the chain on the necklace broke almost immediately; I think it broke on my partner about a week into wearing it. I feel that if you get this set, you should invest in a sturdier chain for the key. Luckily I had a spare chain from another unused necklace that fit it. The pendant hasnt changed color at all; I don't know if they take off the necklace in the shower or not, that may be where the issue with the bracelet is. Overall a good product for the price.

Unless you have a wrist and neck the size of a newborn’s, don’t waste your money. It is cute, but not wearable. Very disappointed

My boyfriend and I have worn these every day for 4 months and I am beyond surprised with the quality. I got the silver to avoid any possible discolouration or scratching because I was hesitant about the quality for the price. So far it still works perfectly.The only thing I'll mention is the chain that came with the pendant wasn't the best so we switched it out, and the bracelet runs small. This is good for me because my wrists are small and it makes it so the bracelet won't fall off, but may not be good for others.

The media could not be loaded.  So it’s super cute, but it won’t come off it’s stuck the key won’t open it and it won’t come off. I’d have to cut it off with a saw, it’s seriously stuck on my arm now and the key isn’t workingI had to get bolt cutters to get it off my wrist, my wrist is now so swollen and bruising
