With a stainless steel appearance I am fairly sure these will not rust, but since buying have kept them inside and dry. Sorry not to have a definitive answer.

Hi, I doubt it. My husband uses these at work and he wasn't overly impressed with the quality. I wouldn't advise putting them in the oven

Q: What would it take to cut through these, would a standard handsaw do it?

It would be hard work. I use my angle grinder in a stand https://www.amazon.co.uk/Wolfcraft-5019000-wolfcraft-Cutting-Stand/dp/B000P3DX6K/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=angle+grinder+stand&qid=1597238357&sr=8-5 which gives a near perfect cut. I used this method to replace guide bars on 3d printers
