I love these. Hung them up in my office and I've gotten several compliments. My boss tells me my office looks like a beer garden. They're plenty long and way cheaper than other options. Buy these.Update - 2 months later I bought them for my studio apartment too. Still loving these lights. Have them connected to a receiver so I can turn them on and off with a remote. Works beautifully. I feel fancy.

I rated this product low because the glass in the bulbs os so thin and fragile that two bulbs broke right in my hands just taking them out if their protective plastic! The look nice but for outdoor use the fragility makes them a poor choice. I contacted the company immediately and asked if I might return them or at least they could send me a couple of extra bulbs. As if yet there has been no response. So, think twice about these. Go with something more sturdy.

Perfect for my small patio, I added a plug-in dimmer because the lights are pretty bright depending on whether or not you’re throwing a party or sitting out side for some evening peace and quiet. Unfortunately as we were installing, my boyfriend dropped the string he was supposed to be holding and half the bulbs smashed, LOL, such a great help! He had one job... So the ones I have left are great, but I’m waiting for a new string with unbreakable bulbs. I’ll let you know.

I had a need for one more string of lights for the backyard. I gave this 4 stars for two reasons. The bulbs, though they have Edison bulbs, they do not match my LED set. In fact, i think I made an error and these aren't LED -- it doesn't say so anywhere on the package. The other reason, upon opening the package, I heard a shattering sound. Turns out, it had a spare bulb that was not secure and it fell and shattered. I hope I can put LED replacements in but it says to only replace with 7W/R 12 bulbs... ugh -- So these will do for the party this weekend, but I'll continue to find a set that matches what I have. Yes, a waste of money for me. Something I don't care to do.

I love these so much I bought THREE sets. I also purchased some commercial type with a very heavy cord. Hard to handle .THESE HOWEVER have a very manageable cord therefore easy to hang. We put them on our pergola. The color was absolutely beautiful. Bright enough but with a tinge of "antiqueness". We had a dinner party on our patio with the Pergola and everybody went nuts. The lights were a BIG part of that. Extra bulbs included .

I have a 2-story deck and bought these to go on the roof of my bottom deck and to string along the upper deck.I usually do not read the "warnings" because....well...common sense.I sure am glad I read the little paper that came with these.These are not meant to be left outside for more than a couple of months!

We have them strung on the inside of a fence in the corner of our yard where we have a firepit and swing, etc. They work well - would be nice if there were about 2-3 more feet of cord but that's not the manufacturer's fault! Seem to be of robust design - made it through a Northern Wisconsin fall and winter and all the ice and snow that came with it.

These were perfect for The evening Christmas Market we did. Nice quality,good lighting. We used 4 sets of Christmas lights and 2 sets of these and it was perfect. You could easily used just these, but I was going for a certain look so I used Christmas tree lights as well.
