Ruby Chocolate: A Beginner’s Guide Paperback – January 11, 2020

Easy to follow.

I was very disappointed with this cookbook. I am a lover of ruby chocolate so I was excited to find some unique recipes but they are generic recipes you could use any chocolate in. Plus this book is about 85 pages and there are only 15 recipes in it. This book is a lot of unnecessary fluff. Would not recommend.
