Stacy was the most helpful tech/CSR I've ever spoken with. I spent $9 on the disk, called him because I'm not tech savvy, and got $200 worth of FREE advice! I purchased this CD to fix my Windows7 computer. I had a Boot Error on my hard drive. I let this CD boot my computer, and in no time I was back in business. EXCEPT that I could not connect to the Internet. I called the Customer Service number (even though I was too early! (Service is available from 10 AM Central Time - I called at 9 AM Eastern Time)). My call was answered by Stacy, and he helped me fix my Internet issue over the following THIRTY MINUTES! Stacy is an IT Wizard, a very patient Wizard. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I just didn't know what to do so I got this Disk and called for help. Stacy was the one who helped and he was so knowledgeable, helpful and so patient. This disk wasn't all I needed so Stacey went thru several steps with me and helped me with everything I needed and called me back to make sure later everything was ok.

Super useful software at a reasonable price!I'm getting older and have a bit of difficulty with some tech.The tech support is super helpful, and walked me through what I needed to do.The end result is, the computer is up and running and it cost very little money to do it.It only cost a bit of my spare time and patience.Thanks again for the tech help Mr Stacy!

Great to find out that there is a version of Hiren's Boot CD for Windows 10 x64. Tried out the product and there are many useful programs on it that should help people save their data from an non-bootable Windows PC, and attempt repairs. Has a lot of diagnostic tools also. Well worth the price.

Had it for months now. After numerous attempts Hirem's was not able to restore my WIN10 Master Boot Record. Being a compilation of many, many utility programs I cannot say which ones failed. I tried several that seemed to relate to my specific problem. Perhaps the problem is there is no documented procedure for how any of those are to be used. I'm so far behind the learning curve on these utilities I wouldn't even know where to start in order to ask a specific kind of question if I had support on the line.

Overall a really great tool. The CD has a ton of programs to address all sorts of challenges. It boots into a striped down version of Windows 10 in less than a minute. I never performed an upgrade on my PC in over five years, and only had one hard crash. With this CD I plan keeping that to zero.

Actually didn't work for my dead computer but I'm giving it a totally high rating because the support person I called spent a large amount of time trying every way possible to raise the dead computer. Then he gave me other ideas and direction on how to save my personal files and purchase and reinstall another copy of the operating system.

Buy this and make your computer crash.
