It seems very sturdy and has lots of room inside. I originally attempted to purchase the 20 inch carry-on and received the 25 inch bag instead. Thinking it was just a shipping error, I returned it for an exchange. I received another 25 inch bag. So, I had to get creative. I purchased the 25 inch bag and I received the 20 inch carry-on! Huzzah! They are so cute and sturdy, I decided to keep both. The design is distinct, and I hate wondering if that is really my luggage coming around the carousel. So, if you want the 20 inch, buy the 25 and vice versa.
