This was so fun to use. Loved the color change. It made my skin feel so good after my routine. It was relaxing and great quality. Worth every penny.

I really like this product and have incorporated it into my nightly skincare routine. I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my acne flare ups as well as my overall complexion. I do recommend this but there are some drawbacks. The bad: the mask has eye cut outs with a silicone-like material to help protect the eyes from the lights. The material is pretty I comfortable and does dig into your skin. It’s worse if you’re laying flat so I suggest sitting up. I try to hold the bottom of it so there’s not as much pressure digging into my eye/nose area. Also, there’s a lack of instructions with this product. It does tell you what LED light to use for different target areas but it doesn’t tell you how frequently to use or how long each session should be. It also doesn’t say whether you should protect your eyes using googles or something else or if eyes are fine with just the cut outs. I ordered tanning googles that weren’t connected to wear when using to further protect my eyes. Thirdly, the mask does require to be plugged in to an outlet in order to work so it’s not very portable. I will say that the cord is a decent length so that does help. If it came with better instructions and was more comfortable, this would’ve been a 5 star review.

So impressed with this product and the customer service. The amount of options is great from timer to colors to intensity of the lights! After about 2 weeks of use the usb connector to the mask became loose enough that the lights would no longer turn on. I immediately reached out to the Luma customer service team who emailed me right back with options for fixing the problem. Because the mask worked so well I opted for an exchange via Amazon. Before I even got the chance to ship the old item back the new one came!!! (Shipped the old one next day!)

I purchased it and was excited to try it when it came in it was not professionally packaged it was a beat up box that was not there at all which I looked past that I tried my mask out and it has some sort of short in the wire it comes on and off flickers and is very uncomfortable I do not recommend this brand or the seller they do not package they’re good so you don’t know if it’s new or used and unfortunately mine has a wiring issue

Description did not say would receive a used, returned item that had a torn box, missing papers, and poorly repackaged. At least it is working, so I guess that's something.

I’ve only used this product for 2 weeks but I can steady see a big difference - my skin looks overall healthier! The only thing I wish was included in the package was more information! How long should I use each light setting? Per day/per week? Is it ok to do 10 minutes (more, less? What’s the optimum starting out time??) on each light setting (10 mins on Blue - 415nm, 10 mins on Red - 630nm, 10 mins on Green - 525nm, 10mins of Cyan - 490nm, 10 mins of Yellow - 590nm, 10 mins of Purple - 390nm, & then another 10-20mins of White - combo of all others)? Do I use al these daily & if so for how long? Or lets say I would like to focus on using the light as a natural acne fighter - would I want to focus on Blue415nm, Green525nm, Cyan490nm, & Yellow590nm? & for how long & is there any specific order to best use the lights in to achieve the greatest results? It would also be helpful for the Pure company to recommend facial cleansers & products that would wrk very complementary to their amazing product!! How long do the lights in your mask remain active- as in give the full benefits of the light spectrums based daily (or whatever is recommended) use? When the lights have gone past there useable potential, do you have a trade in program that would help keep loyal customers always coming back - as well as recommending you to EVERYONE!!! (Plus, the environment!)

I had been wanting to purchase an LED light therapy mask for a while now...scored this on during Prime Days for a great price. I am so glad I did! This mask is so easy to use and the instructions are super simple, explain each light setting clearly, and takes only 20min a session. That might sound like a lot if you had to do it every day (and you can if you want/have the time), but I can see a slight change already after 3 treatments. I do every 3rd day and switch up light treatments for different ereas I want to work on. I don't find the mask uncomfortable like some of the other reviews, but I don't tighten the strap crazy tigh, I lay back and just relax while the mask does it's job. All in all...I think this mask is well worth it, and a great value compared to spa treatment costs!! 👍👍

Definitely easy to use and totally value for money. I've never looked better.

it works super easy, but i found that it sits very heavy on my forehead and nose. I will have a red spot on my forehead from the pressure and my nose gets basically pinched closed from using. But i dont mind it that much. But if you are from Australia and ordered this from America, make sure you get an US to AUD adapter to go with it, as it comes with an american power cord.
