I bought the oil and vinegar cruets on Amazon, that you see in my photo. But the included spouts were a disappointment with poor fit. So, I found these here and decided to try them. What really drew me to them was the ability to color code my olive oil and red-wine vinegar in these very dark amber bottles. I've reached for the wrong bottle many times before. But no longer! The other concerns were leakage after use, and closure after use to keep out air, dust and maybe even the occasional bug. These have a very positive snap-open and snap-closed feature. It works very well, with no apparent leakage. Oh, and I mustn't forget to mention that they fit snugly, but not overly so, in the cruet bottle necks. On the down side, they should come with two adapters for bigger neck bottles, not just one. There are two spouts, so why not supply two adapters?? They only supply two adapters for same-color spouts. That's weird! I'm happy, anyway, since I don't need them for my cruets. I'm quite satisfied with my Poura dispenser spouts!

Love them! They definitely don't leak and fit my larger bottle very well. I really like the open and close spout. Keeps the bottle nice and neat and the contents fresh.

This spout definitely lives up to its “leakproof” description! Also, the large bottle adaptor works perfectly in my large Kirkland olive oil bottle. There’s absolutely no leaks when I pour olive oil now…just a satisfying stream! The one-hand open and close feature works perfectly as well. I’m so pleased by this item, I plan to gift them to my kids. I hope you try it too!

The spouts work well and having the large bottle adapter has proven very handy for me. Being able to open and close them with one hand is fantastic. They're very easy to clean, I soak them in a bowl of soapy water for a few minutes then rinse them well with hot water and they're good as new. Quality control for these seems to be marginal as both my spouts hadn't been properly trimmed when removed from their injection machine. Photos two, three, and four show the lump of plastic in the flow zone of the spout base on one of the spouts. The other spout had a larger stringy piece but I trimmed it before I took my photos. It was a little challenging getting in there to trim them and smooth the edges but I managed. One thing to note is the open-close mechanism has a break-in period, but after a dozen or two operations the lid closes well every time.

It is compatible with a wide variety of bottles and fits sizes upwards of 1 inch in diameter. The spout is lockable with a switch flip and does not leak. I've been using it for canola oil, and the flow rate is steady.

I would not recommend this pour spout at all. It is described as stainless steel but it is plastic. It was packaged really poorly and came in just plastic bags so was damaged in transit and the pourer doesn’t close properly so wouldn’t be airtight. Overpriced cheap plastic rubbish and I’m awaiting a refund.
