Tvilum 8 Drawer Double Dresser,Truffle

This item looks great, and was fairly easy to put together as long as you can put things together going off of a picture, only. I ordered two of these for my closet, and it made a huge difference in looks, since I placed them where clothes would normally hang near the floor. Based on the review of others, I already knew the handles would be plastic, so I went ahead and replaced them with the same brushed satin handles I have on the rest of my house cabinets; luckily, the pre-drilled holes were for 5inch handle pulls. I received 2 separate shipments of the boxes, you would think both boxes would come together, but they didn't.The most difficult part of the instructions was the placement of the slide rails; you really have to pay attention to the rail placement as far as orientation. And since I didn't have one of those punch tools, I used a really small drill bit that only went in 1/4 inch. I only have a minor suggested change to the instructions; place the rubber drawer bumpers on the drawers instead of the actual dresser, that way you can't see them.

First off, this dresser came packed in 2 boxes which Amazon doesn't say, as it is very heavy. UPS forgot to deliver the 2nd package at the same time so I immediately contacted the seller and I was very impressed, they got right back to me and let me know what the situation was and that it would be there soon! UPS did come back the same day only a few hours later to deliver it. It took about 4 or 5 hours to assemble, I did it all by myself. The instructions are the common picture step by step so you have to be extremely care that you have the right hardware going into the right parts. All the hardware (there is alot, it makes the dresser strong) came in one big bag so I immediately grabbed the ziplock bags and had my 4 year old help me sort all the different screws and such into there owns bags so they wouldn't get lost or confuse me. After getting it assembled I slid it across the floor from my living room to the bedroom.. even though it would be very heavy to lift, it slid with ease and didn't make me feel like it was wobbly or that the sliding would loosen a part or break off a foot which is awesome! The draws slide in and out very smoothly. All and all I believe this dresser is going to hold up for decades to come. It was thoughtfully designed with every piece and covering. All the holes matched up perfectly and it doesn't shake, tilt, bend or wobble like alot of cheaper costing dressers do! Definitely a $400 dresser for a fraction of the price!

Very good for price!! Did take a while to assemble but it wasnt too difficult,only pictures in the instructions. They don't open all the way so I didn't do the last step in my instructions. But over all very good!!

I initially had trouble assembling this product because I reversed pieces. I mistakenly thought the pieces were faulty. Customer service worked with an irritable customer using patience and understanding. They even shipped me new parts to make sure I would be happy with the product. Nobody does that today.The product is sturdy and just what I needed. The hardware is solid and will ensure that the dresser lasts a long time.I will buy from this company again any time. Highly recommend!

Arrived very quickly! All parts intact! Very sturdy and well constructed! Just a note the dresser drawers only open 3/4 way, this is meant to be this way for safety! It does take time to assembly, but fits together perfectly! Love it!!

Decent quality, looks nice, confusing/hard to assemble, I don't think you can paint or change the color (I wish it came in more colors or designs), drawers don't open as fully to get clothes out easier, however, it's pretty sturdy, besides the flimsy bottom of the drawer. You do get what you pay for, It's cute.

Good product for the value. Made of a press-wood with plastic handles. Looks pretty good. Drawers are small, but it works great since I don’t like to overload them anyway. Assembly took 45 min with my 11-year old help. Arrived without damage

The drawers are crap. They always fail even with a small amount of socks in them. They always fall apart. The side rail system breaks. Not worth the investment
