This is a Nikon charger so it will work perfectly with the Nikon batteries that it is made for. Just be sure it is for the batteries that operate your camera and you will be very satisfied.

It works for the p1000
I like that it works with the battery that comes with the nikon p1000...I don't like that it was extra. It should come with the camera.

Reliable Nikon Brand At Reasonable Price
When I was unable to get a Nikon brand battery charger for my new Nikon Coolpix camera from local camera shop, I ordered this one. Came very quickly & worked like a champ. I don't mess with unknown brand accessories for my camera equipment, so it was great to get this one. Price different between this & lesser known brand $5. Well worth it.
