great, comfortable, good quality boots but size up
I wear a size 9W. The only size available at the time was 10. No Wide option. I took a risk and got it. It was perfect! I put insoles, and it fit perfectly. I'm so happy I took the risk. It keeps my feet warm, looks great, and very comfortable.

Too small. Should have gone up a size and a half instead of a half.
Sizing not quite right. I think these would have been really comfortable if I had gotten a larger size but they were too small. I usually wear a 7 1/2 shoe so thought the 8 would be fine. My toes were up against the front and they were narrow. Not sure if an 8 1/2 would have been big enough so I probably should have gotten a 9. Would have exchanged them but I was pressed for time so had to get something locally. Nice boot though. Cute and really well made.

Comfortable & Stylish
This is my second pair. I bought my first pair 3 years ago. They still look good. Perfect for cold snowy weather. Thick soles keep the wet dampness out. You can wear them all day - inside or out.

DECEPTIVE FIT - they stretch out a LOT!!!
These are great comfy, warm, water resistant, reasonably attractive light ankle boots for every day winter wear. I especially love that they are high enough to keep out a bit of slush, slip on easily, and look nice both with skinny jeans/tights or under a wider leg pant. I normally wear an 8 or 8.5, and these fit me well in an 8 (with room for mid-weight smartwool socks) **BUT** the fit is SUPER deceptive at first!!!! I ordered both an 8 and a 9 and when I first tried them on, even the 9s seemed a bit too tight. But I’d seen another review about them stretching out, so I tried wearing the 8s just in the house for a couple days… they were uncomfortably tight at first, but the plush memory foam insoles and insulation must have compressed and now they fit perfectly. So great shoes, but be really cautious about sizing up based on initial fit on because you may end up with shoes that are MUCH too big after a few wears!!

Wrong boot
The boot I ordered was similar style except the one I received did not have zippers and no lining. The fit was good and I liked the look but it is not a boot for MN winters. Don't know if I will return as it is such a pain to return things. Dissappointed.
