Tank itself is good, but you might need to wind up buying extra parts to make it work
It did what i needed it to do. Granted, there is a hole in the bottom of this expansion tank where a thermometer is attached, and that was not included (i feel its a necessary part, and the unit will not even hold liquid without it).So, I fell they should have just included it. As it worked out, i was able to disassemble my old expansion tank (that had a crack in it) and repurpose the old thermometer, but if I had not be able to do that this would be a very incomplete unit.It also did not come with a cap (that was less of a big deal, as its easy to unscrew the old cap and just put it on the replacement.Still, that they sold this unit without necessary parts was why i give it 3 stars (and not 5)As for the expansion tank itself, it seems to be well made, and only gently used, so it works fine.Just be aware that the price is good, but if you buy this particular expansion tank you'll need to ALSO buy the thermometer and the cap too (which could wind up making the whole process a lot more pricey than you had planned).Other than that, it did arrive in a timely manner, and as I said, it works a-ok.

Good as OEM
Fit, form and function perfect replacement for Volvo 850. Can't see how factory part (OEM) would be better at more than twice the price.When replacing due to age, consider also replacing inlet and outlet hoses and cap as well because they are likely in sad shape.

exactly like oem
im a Volvo enthusiast and have owned a few 850'si never really have has an issue with the oem box ever going out on anyof the models ive owned before this one. either way if your box iscracking from the nipple on the expansion tank this one honestlyfeels and performs just as well if not better than the oem box.

Everything fitted fine, I use the existing clips
Repaired my 1996 850 GLT. Used URO 9135267 and URO 9141095. Everything fitted fine, I use the existing clips. Had some difficulty pushing tube over the tubes at both the engine and the expansion tank.
