Awesome Book - A Wealth of Information
I got this as an Audible to listen to in the car. It covers lots of details on the science behind low carb eating and then discusses just about every low carb diet out there!The author has his own low carb plan too, but he doesn't use this book as a springboard for it. In fact, I have been listening for nearly the entire book before I even knew he had a plan. He discusses it in chapter 9 when he is discussing all of the other low-carb diets out there. And he gives less detail for his own plan than any of the others, so he really downplays it. I appreciated that as I feel I got an honest review of the other diets. And it's such a relief to get a succinct discussion or summary of all of them in one place. There are so many low carb plans out there.I wish he had more books available through Audible! I'll probably listen to this one again - especially the discussions summarizing the different plans. It's a surpringly long audiobook (14 hours, I think?) and worth every second!

Over my head
I guess this was written for someone more knowledgeable. There were too many types of diets/changes in eating habits. I gave it away.
