Good pump and excellent service
Excellent pump and excellent service. 1 of the fountain sprays was broken when we received it but they sent a replacement straight away. The pump itself is brilliant, was a bit big for our little pond but we are adapting our pond. Only had it a few weeks but the water has stayed very clear.

Constantly trips the circuit breaker
I had this pump running for around 2/3 weeks with no issues, then it suddenly started tripping the circuit breaker.The cause is the lamp housing fills with water. I checked the "O" ring which is intact and I assume fitted correctly. After draining, cleaning and drying the components, I reassemble, and get about 5 mins use before the the circuit breaker trips again!I also assume that the lamp itself is no longer working.

Terrible - a let-down
Ineffective. It keeps destroying bulbs - its been through 3 in 3 days. The main filter works, but the coarse 'stone' are pretty useless. and I had to fit my own plug... I thought at £70 I would get something better than this.

Product came and uv light didn't work

UV faulty.
Immediately that the power was turned on the UV lamp burnt out. I put in one of my own (cost approx. £6) and that also blew. I have returned the pump and am awaiting a refund. It is a pity as the pump worked well and I liked its design and fountain attachments.
