I have a panic disorder, so this works great. By no means is this as effective as my propranolol for stopping a panic attack, but it does allow me try and stop the panic before it's an actual attack.

I have panic attacks and asthma and this morning I was having trouble breathing I got my calmigo out and started to use it I have been using it regularly three times a day trying to feel better. it has not done anything for me. I cannot smell the scent also if I just meditate and learn how to breathe deep it works better and a lot cheaper. I really really wanted it to work. To pay that much money when you don't have it you really do want it to work.

I just want to be clear, this device helps you deep breathe (which you can easily do for free) to help you calm down and relax. I struggle with anxiety, and have for most of my life, so I’ve learned a lot of techniques to cope in addition to medication. I found CalmiGo to be slightly disappointing, I was under the impression it was gonna have more to it than it does. Don’t get me wrong, it definitely worked but for the price I’m not sure it was worth it. I could see it being useful during a panic attack, which I will update how that goes when it happens. Anyway, I definitely recommend if you struggle with anxiety and have trouble deep breathing on your own, or if you do better being guided through deep breathing.

I really like this little gadget! I was looking at it for a while, but the price always prevented me from purchasing it. I would not spend more than $100 on this, but I received a donation to cover the full cost, so that’s why I own one today. Functionally it works perfectly. My only complaint is that the scented piece comes off too easily (and it’s sticky) so every time I need to reattach the piece I need to sanitize my hands. This product helps ground me during a panic attack and helps calm me before a seizure, so it does perform its function well, but I can’t say I’d recommend it simply due to the price point. Hopefully it can be reduced as this seller becomes more successful.

Got this one for my wife after I bought one over a year ago to help me with panic attacks and Anxiety. The first time I used it I got so calm that I actually panicked, since I haven't felt so calm in about six months and I wasn't familiar with that feeling. I used it as needed, more in the beginning and slowly I needed it less and less. Unfortunately after a while my wife started feeling panicky and anxious as well. She asked me to go get her a pill that was prescribed to her and I suggested that she uses my calmigo (originally named myreleaf when I bought it). It worked for my wife as well. After she's been using it for a while I decided to purchase one for her as well. I would highly recommend buying it if you suffer from anxiety. This device really helped my family go through rough times.

I ordered two of these devices and they both delivered the promised results. However, I have to deduct two stars because of the impractical design of the battery compartment. It's very hard to open and probably impossible if you have arthritis. This happened with both devices. When I did manage to open them, they couldn't be closed effectively, so I had to put tape on the back in order to be able to change batteries. It's also expensive for the value received. What a shame that such a helpful item is being shortchanged by something that could easily have been fixed on the drawing board.

For me, this product did little than I could do for myself with a simple breathing exercise. I guess for some people the lights and the sounds and smells distract you from your anxiety, but it didn't work any better over than simply breathing in through my nose deeply, holding my breath for a second, and breathing out slowly, and then repeating.

Bought this a while ago and just used it tonight for the first time. Had anxiety to use it of all things, but was having a panic attack and my usuals weren’t helping. Out of desperation, I used this. Set up was super fast. I did as it suggested for 3 minutes and my panic attack was done with. I was a little tired afterwards, but for a panic attack along with what I did to try to stop it, that was normal. Definitely would recommend this. Truly was a life saver tonight. Thanks so much for creating this product.

This was a much needed, but very expensive 'treat' to myself for medical needs. Reminds me of an asthma inhaler in design. The little 'bead' aka sensor that you breathe out and blow against rattles like mad until you realise just what it is. The principle of the device is fantastic, does calm you down quickly and easily. Another negative point, however, is that the fragranced frames of lavender, bergamot, or whatever only last for a few days. The scent has completely gone on mine - don't know if you can add your own via some lavender essential oil or whether you have to pay more extortionate prices for a flimsy piece of plastic.
