Taste of The Wild Pacific Stream Grain-Free Dry Puppy Food With Smoke-Flavored Salmon 5lb

We have tried other dog food and every time we got back to this kind. It has helped our dogs with skin issues & tummy troubles. Each time we consistently feed them TOW Pacific Stream they have normal bowel movements and stop itching.

I've been feeding my dogs Acana and Orijen food for years with good results. However, this summer one of my dogs started to have digestive issues. After a few vet visits, labs, and some medications, the vet hypothesized that there was an issue with the food. I cycle through the bags (4lb) quickly, I have two other dogs eating the same food, and I'd tossed all of the food twice (as a precaution), so I didn't think it was likely. The working theory was that the heat that the food was being stored/transported in (before making it to the house) was making it unsuitable for my dog. Sounded plausible enough, so I switched back to Taste of the Wild. My two 6 pound Japanese Chins and one Tibetan Spaniel absolutely DEVOUR this food. The chins, with their tiny teeth, generally consume their food a bit more slowly. The kibble in this food is very small and breaks apart well for them, but does not crumble or generate too much dust in the container. The nutrition and energy content of ToTW is a little different, so I decided to use puppy food as a 1:5 mix-in with the adult small breed ToTW food I also get. This food also works great as a training treat. My dogs aren't very bright, so it helps to have a really small treat (since I end up using a ton of them in repetition). Notably, this food is not nearly as oily as the other brands I was using. I have no idea if that was a factor with my dog, but she's doing well with the food change. On a final note: my dogs enjoy the food quite a bit. It does not have an overpowering smell in storage, or while serving. I don't know if anyone cares about this necessarily, but the dogs have normal, well-formed, relatively odor-less stools on this food. I highly recommend ToTW, and will probably switch to it exclusively.

Change to this kibble on my 8month old doodle with digestive issues! The best decision ever now my puppy is thriving, no more soft stools.

Although I have not tasted it, our little girl loves the Salmon and the Bison flavors. I love the fact that it is high quility ingredients and no grains. We have tried another brand and she does not like it. Also the fact that I can get it delivered to the door and not have to drive out for it is a great convenience.

Excellent dog food. This was recommended to me but the dog breeder I purchased my dog from. She recommended food that is grain free and said it is healthier for our dogs. My dog loves the taste. We get a big bag of food for a good price. His new favorite food.

Good food and my very fussy dog eats it (well when his hungry but some other food he will not touch)

Las croquetas llegaron bien embaladas y mantienen la calidad característica de Taste of the Wild. Compré las Pacific Stream de salmón para mi perro chihuahua macho adulto de 3 kg y le gustaron mucho. He probado diferentes sabores de esta marca, y estas han sido sus favoritas. El tamaño de la croqueta es ideal para su hocico. Noté que el pelo de mi perro se volvió más brillante y tuvo menos caída gracias al consumo de estas croquetas. El paquete me dura cerca de 3 meses, ya que en mi caso son un alimento complementario, no el principal, y le doy aproximadamente una taza diaria. Recomiendo estas croquetas, aunque conviene asegurarse de que sean las más adecuadas para tu perro, pues la marca ofrece distintas variedades según el tamaño, la edad, el nivel de actividad y si es macho o hembra.
