I chose to try this product because I am a professional female bodybuilder who is currently dieting for a competition. Dieting for extended periods of time is very taxing on my body as it's coupled with intense training and cardio. Additionally, I'm a teacher, mother of a young child, and an MBA candidate. In the past my performance was compromised due to adrenal fatigue- I'll look great for my first competition, but when I have to maintain condition for an additional 8+ weeks for the next competition everything starts to fall apart. My sleep, focus, and stress levels were all off. I've taken ashwagandha in the past but noticed this product not only contains it, but also a cocktail of other ingredients that help manage cortisol and prevent adrenal fatigue. When dealing with OTC products, one should manage his/her expectations. That said, I have noticed less stress which is eye opening for me considering I began the supplement at the same time as an increase in cardio and carb reduction which typically elicits an increase in stress and fatigue. That alone is solid indicator that this is a great product and I will continue to use it for the duration of my contest prep.

Very realistic review. I'm a female in my early 30's and I have no idea what's going on with my periods anymore. All I know is I get really, really, REALLY out of control with my emotions/stress, everything. It's something new and never happened before, it's almost a Dr. Jekyll Mr. Hyde situation. I've been taking these pills for over a month and THEY DO WORK. I don't have any improvement on energy or sleep quality, but my stress and monthly mood swings have dramatically improved. That being said, I still have some days where I can't beat the stress. And this monthly cycle I only had 1 bad day vs almost 2 weeks. It's not going to magically cure you and make you a better person, but it definitely helps you stay calm instead of going into instant fight or flight. I've been taken these for over 30 days straight now, no breaks. I saw a small improvement after a week and a significant improvement with how I was handling stress after 2. These are definitely worth a shot if you feel like your stress management techniques are no longer working. With it being a natural pill, read the ingredients first to make sure they don't interact with any other medications. Again, not a magic cure. But it helps more than enough for stress management techniques to become successful again. Or for the monthly mood swings to not be as world ending lol. I'm hoping for even more improvement with continued use.

I've been taking NutraTemple products off and on for a few months now, trying different things, seeing what does or does not work for my body chemistry, and I must say I'm quite impressed. The Adrenal Support has been a huge benefit in the last month in helping me deal with work stress and stay energized throughout the day. And unlike some other products I've tried, they haven't stopped working over time or lost their potency. I was even able to reduce the dosage to 1 instead of 2 a day after the first week and I only need to use a full dosage when needed. I highly recommend them.

I have mild anxiety and I decided to buy this supplement because it says it helps with stress and anxiety, the first day I didn't notice any changes but like the 2nd or 3rd day I notice my mood throughout the day was really good and when I felt my anxiety was coming back I took it right away and it helps me by keeping me calm however throughout the night I notice my anxiety was getting a little bit worse when trying to sleep and so I continue taking it but it felt like it was getting worse my anxiety so I decided not to take it anymore and I noticed my anxiety went from mild to extremely bad but after a couple weeks I went back to normal so just beware if you also have anxiety and decide to stop taking it and maybe worse for a couple weeks but after I start taking multivitamin Omega-3 and maca I felt like I started feeling like myself again then again UPDATE: 2 I wanted to give an update I know I rated it a one star but I decided to give it a three-star because I realize even though my experience wasn't great everybody body is different so you may not have the same effect as I did and I also wanted to up the rateing because the consumer was nice enough to take their time to reach out to me and they were nice enough to refund my money due to my experience so I very much appreciate that great customer service!:)

As someone who has suffered from overtaxed adrenals for years, I’ve tried many different supplements to help with my energy levels during the daytime and sleep at night. This is the best product result I’ve had! For me, the best part is the increase in energy and focus during the day. It acts quickly and does not make me jittery like caffeine, but really helps me think clearly, my work is more focused and it’s also helped pull me out of a deep depression that I’ve been stuck in for months. I also started back in therapy in the past month, so it was a combination of those two things that helped lift me out of the depression. Having the energy and focus to get back to my work as a business consultant has been the best result I could ask for. 18 years ago I had a complete adrenal shutdown and spent a month in the hospital, and a couple more months recuperating. Since then, I’ve had 14 hospitalizations for dangerously low sodium levels, and am used to getting my cortisol levels tested. They always come back highest at about 10:00 pm and lowest at 7:00 am, backwards of normal. Getting going in the morning is very hard. Since taking this, it seems to have reversed this trend! I’m going to bed earlier (around 8-10 pm) and waking naturally by 8:30, or with an alarm at 7 feeling rested.
